Provide an example of institutional/structural cisgenderism that exists in today’s society. As a behavior analyst, what would you recommend be done to change this? What contingencies would need to be in place for implementers (i.e., the people who currently help shape and maintain policies and procedures that promote sexism) to buy into your plan?
