Walmart Performance appraisal

You will select an OB topic of your choice; this can be any relevant topic of discussion from the course. ( Walmart- Performance appraisal) Then, you will select a current organization and discuss how that organization puts that OB concept into practice. For example, if you select “employee motivation” as your topic, you will then need to report how an actual organization implements employee motivation concepts in their work environment. The purpose of this assignment is for the student to gain an understanding into the applications of OB theory in actual practice.
